Missing items addressed at the moment of delivery, when requested to deliver the items late deliveroo rejected the idea and refused to give a full refund for the order. I did not receive what I paid for.
Terrible customer service
Out of pocket and left without food, won’t be using this service ever again.
Service is good but they hire anyone
From time to time, I get issues with my orders, mostly arriving very late and getting cold. This time, however, my driver seemed to be relaxing on a random street for 15 minutes, until I had to contact support and ask if something had gone wrong. Finally, my rider started moving and arrived in a suspicious state, as he was behaving a little lightheaded...

5th time staying in Belfast this year. Food is always delivered on time
Couldn’t use discount code
As fort time user I was supposed to get a €12 discount on my first order if it was over €20. The order was €55 and nowhere in the process of ordering though the app was I able to enter the code to get the discount.
