I am a frequent user of talabat. I moved to deliveroo and tried 3-4 different orders from different restaurants in range. All with more and more money each time. Took good 45 mins. The app stays stuck when any payment methos is selected. Neither apple pay mor card worked. On call help was unable to help as she didn’t understand the issue properly. Said no such difficulties are seen in the system. So, back to talabat. Bye bye

Deliveroo service has gone down dramatically. The riders have been rude and, at least thrice, the company has charged me by claiming the food was delivered (or left on the roadside!) and held off on either acknowledging the problem or is Sukh a refund.
It’s 2:42 am while I’m writing this review. Order was placed with an ETA (estimated time of arrival) of 2:00 am. First call to customer service at 2:15 am they assured someone will get back within 5 minutes. Second call to customer service at 2:30 am, an Arabic speaker picks up the call tells me very well in English to call again to speak to an English speaking representative and hangs up the call. Later no one responds to the calls. My order was paid by card so I’m stuck with my money paid, no order tracking and worst in the world customer service. Pathetic experience! P.s. Order is still not delivered.
I have been using deliveroo for quite sometime now. Its the best app for food delivery in qatar. Order reached timely, hot and fresh. 100% Recommended
I’m very confused since I ordered one sandwich but received two. Got my drinks wrong aswell so I’m rlly confused there
What is point in storing the card automatically? It should the customer if they want to store or not.
I installed the app but phone number verification screen isnot working , thats why i can’t register on the app and not able order from the Deliveroo
So bad service don’t like this service
