De machine op zich werkt prima. De wifi verbinding is niet goed. Na veel proberen heb ik uiteindelijk verbinding. Blijkbaar werkt het niet op een tweede iPhone. De app is waardeloos. Hij bewaart de veranderingen in de instellingen soms niet. En als hij ze bewaart, vergeet hij ze na een tijdje weer. Er zitten een hoop bugs in. Zo is de minimum toevoegtijd voor melk bij zelfgemaakte drankjes 50 seconden. Na veel zoeken blijkt dat de komma fout staat, enz… Ik vraag me af vanwaar al die goeie recensies komen voor deze app??!

It’s a shame! Impossible to connect with primadonna class! App says it is not supported however on the machines box they say use this app!
Customer service is a joke! I had to send back 2 machine for this same issue!!!!!

### ****- "Over het algemeen tevreden"
Ik heb het toestel ondertussen een aantal maanden.  En daar ben ik tevreden over.
Toch een 2-tal bemerkingen :
- het duurt vrij lang vóór de verbinding smartphone-Maestosa tot stand komt.
- de melk in het bijhorend reservoir wordt vrij vlug slecht.  Niet zo handige oplossing : het element verwijderen en in de koelkast plaatsen.  Waarom geen koelfunctie voorzien voor het melkreservoir ?  Dit zou een enorme meerwaarde betekenen.  En niet alleen voor mezelf denk ik.
Toch bedankt om dit misschien even onder de aandacht te nemen.

Delonghi mets en avant un système intelligent beam adapt révolutionnaire. Et impossible de l’utiliser. 

Comme la plupart des commentaires il est impossible pour moi de faire la connexion avec la machine ECAM610.55.SB. Pourtant je travail dans l’IT et j’ai tout essayé.

Telkens men de app start heeft men ongeveer een minuut nodig om verbinding te maken met een toestel, soms zelfs nog langer.
Snap niet goed waarom er telkens opnieuw naar een machine moet gezocht worden als men de app een paar minuten niet gebruikt.
Ook spijtig dat er geen versie voor een tablet is, zou anders wel heel handig zijn.

Jaime changer de grains, mais la limite acceptée au niveau du Bean Adapt est trop faible.
L'application edt beaucoup trop lente pour détecter la machine et la démarrer via app ne fonctionne pas tout le temps.

Au regard du prix de la machine, ce software n’est pas à la hauteur : connections laborieuses, n’apporte pas grand chose à l’emploi de la machine.
Pour compléter, j’ai passé plus de deux heures pour pouvoir connecter ce programme à la machine. J’ai fini par téléphoner chez Delonghi qui m’ont pris pour un « débile profond »… et qui pour toute solution m’ont envoyé un tuto identique au mode d’emploi. Si vous avez un problème de connexion, quand vous avez le code pin de la machine, sortez de l’écran d’installation de la machine et poursuivez avec le software

De plus, il semble impossible de connecter un second appareil sur l’application, malgré la possibilité de créer plusieurs profils.

Il ne faut pas être enthousiaste à utiliser sa machine quand on fait notre premier achat chez delonghi. La connexion au wifi est rejetée plusieurs fois avant de finalement se décider à accepter le mot de passe wifi. 
Ensuite à chaque lancement de l’application, il faut être patient pour que l’app se décide à bien vouloir retrouver la connexion à la machine. 
Enfin, la technologie bean adapt ne sera qu’illusion pour moi puisque le processus reste bloqué à l’étape de « traitement de données ». 
Quand on achète une machine à plus de 1000€ on s’attend à ce que le service en soit à la hauteur.. Malheureusement je pense que la connectivité n’est qu’un argument marketing. 
En tant que développeur j’ai du mal à admettre que de tels problèmes ne semblent pas se résoudre à en croire les différents avis.
