Ive tried to download this app several times. It doesn’t work ever. I have to check EOBs online. I always get an error when I try to login to the app

you can’t even sign in
Registered my account through the app and had no issues. Convenient to find local dentists. As well as find info about policy and estimates.
All I wanted was to show my dentist office my registration card but I couldn't log into the app. Every time I tried it told me there was a system error. I was able to login to the website and even log into the website from the browser window in the app but it wouldn't actually log me into the app. I sent a message to customer service through the website and the response said to click on something that isn't on the website and create a new account because they think I don't have one, which may be why they keep sending me paper auto pay notices even though my account is clearly set to online notifications
The developers need to try using the app they create. The app will not open the iPhone keyboard so a zip code or address can be entered when searching for a dentist.
Entering my username directs me to the state Delta Dental login form, but entering my password just resets the form, so I am unable to sign in anymore.
Can’t load my account on either my iPad or iPhone. The only way I can do anything without getting an error message and getting kicked back to the log in page is if I use a browser. Why even bother having an app if it’s not going to work? I can just hope that the app isn’t a red flag for what the customer experience is going to be like.
Looks like the reviews from several years ago are still correct - I can log in on the website, but can’t do it on the app; the page just refreshes and displays no notice of anything wrong. I’d be embarrassed to be on the dev team here. Update - Apple also won’t stop spamming me with notifications
Another corporation demanding you waive your rights and protections in favor of letting someone THEY hire resolve conflicts. If you want a company hired arbitration firm to resolve your issues, then you won’t mind this one. It should not be legal to demand customers waive right to class action suits because if a company has been so grievous that they merit a class action suit, it should be brought. Unless you agree, you cannot even use the app.
When will you include dual insurance for some of your clients?
