Delta Dental Mobile App

This app is completely useless. I tried using it 10 months ago and it would log me in then immediately give me an error code stating to call them because it can’t bring up my account info. Tried it today, 10 months later and the same error. What company in their right mind would employ a developer that makes an unusable app?!?! If I had the choice I would dump the entire company.

App doesn’t work. Useless

This app is complete garbage. I can’t log in from the Home Screen despite deleting and reloading the app multiple times. The help desk is useless and just tells me to keep trying. The website is garbage as well and in order to pay my bill I have to call and get a special link. I guess their tech group as a whole is fairly useless. Update 12/24: I received an email purporting to be a developer response to my review giving me a link to provide more information about my issue. The link took me to their Mobile App FAQ page which gave me a bunch of worthless information and no place to input anything. The “contact us here” link takes me to a sales page. If anyone ever reads this, my latest problem is that the app won’t even connect to the server. So, in conclusion, this worthless app is now even worthlessier.

Just delete the app if you aren’t going to have a competent team maintain it.

Through work I used to be insured through Delta Dental Indiana. Changed jobs, and got insurance through Delta Dental Michigan, but the app refuses to acknowledge the change. Help feature doesn’t work. Link to website doesn’t work. A giant mess…

By far this is the worst app ever I used. I couldn’t log in I have contacted the customer care but no use they couldn’t figure out when I try to create new registration it says user name already exists but when I try to forgot password it says username doesn’t exist. I wonder what on the earth this happens unless they use two different data store for register and login which is not practical. Please have some one who has good IT skills to take a look and fix.
