This is a game, not a medical test. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and a score says nothing about anyone's health. If you are worried about memory or thinking, talk to a doctor.

Dementia: Daily Mind Game is a gentle daily memory puzzle game for older adults. Each day brings five short puzzles, about two minutes in all: look at a few colors, words, shapes or numbers, then answer one simple question about what you saw.

WHAT THE PUZZLES ARE LIKE
• Remember the order of three colors
• Remember a short shopping list, then spot the item that was not on it
• Remember a four-digit code
• Remember a short story: who wore what, and where they went
• Add two numbers, or two prices, after they are hidden
• Remember a sequence of shapes

DESIGNED TO BE EASY TO USE
• Large text and big buttons
• One clear step at a time
• Go at your own pace: no timers, and nothing moves on until you tap Next Question
• A short explanation after every answer
• Light and dark mode
• Opens in your phone's language: English, French or Chinese (中文)
