Bugged and unintuitive navigation, no search option, missing menu items. Badly designed app
There is no search option! And it is missing my favorite dish which is actually available at the restaurant, The crazy Spicy skillet. It is the only thing I order. so i can’t use the app and pick it up. I have to order in person, then wait for it or call the number in advance. When i try to start an order and browse into a sub menu like signature breakfasts, there is no arrow in the UI to go back. If i gesture back in iOS, it goes back TWO steps instead of one, to the restaurant address selection. I have to start my order over again. I can’t check out breakfasts and then drinks. I have to choose the restaurant again before i can look at drinks. Which often i forgot which location i looked up and wanted to go to. Navigation within the app is hard, unintuitive and buggy. But other than that, it seems like it would work, if it had what i wanted to order. The developers need to figure out a way to add all the menu items, a search bar, and make going back only one step instead of two for potentially 5 stars. Add checkout options with things like paypal.

All the items on menu isn’t even on the app. Very frustrating that I can’t now get a keep pick up and go. And now have to wait in the lobby for my order. Don’t really know how app work after this menu part other then its really glitchy at times.

Messed up order
the delivery option completely messed up my order. They gave me little food as well. its better to get dennys in person

Everything in there couple bucks menu is a scam and aren’t considered meals, for 4 bucks is a cheesecake and they consider it the 4$ meal

Works great!
A tiny glitch currently won’t let me select “curbside” pickup. It gets stuck at the window where it asks me to describe my car. Except it didn’t load anything for me. Not sure why. Could’ve been an issue on my end, but I was able to select in store instead and it worked. Overall, a pretty satisfactory experience.
Great app, and best rewards system out there
They don’t add %20 on to-go orders unlike Waffle House
