## Denon AVR Remote Description
This app for iPhone and iPad will give you an unprecedented level of command and control over your 2014 or later model year network ready Denon AV Receivers (due to hardware differences, older models are not supported with this app. Please check the model compatibility list below; if your model is not listed, please download our previous “Denon Remote App”) Along with many new features, the graphics and user interface have been completely overhauled.
Control the basic functions of your Denon product with power, volume, input and settings.
Network browsing is either done within the Denon AVR Remote app or depending on model by selecting HEOS network as input which opens the HEOS app automatically.
With the Denon AVR Remote, your iOS device just became an integral part of your home entertainment experience.

*1: A firmware update for your Denon product is may be needed, please update the firmware via the system setup menu. (General > Firmware)　If the App doesn't work well, please try to reboot your mobile device, unplug the power cord of the main unit and reinsert into the power outlet or check your home network.
*2: Please set "Network Control" to "ON" in your product via the system setup menu to use this app. (Network > Network Control)
*3: The OS language setting is automatically detected; when not available, English is selected.

Jeg oplever app’en hurtig og meget stabil, intet har jeg oplevet omkring  app fryser eller ikke kommer på, jeg har rodet en hel del med den og alt virker, der er meget få ting du ikke kan i app,  så man bør checke indstillings muligheder via HDMI på fjernsynet, så den manglende stjerne i bedømmelsen er derfor, ellers en super app

The app itself is fine, when its working, which is very rare. 

I have a 2700h and 4/5 times the app cant detect the amp. I then have to unplug the system and replug. Sometimes this works, sometimes I have to do it more than once. 

AirPlay works, sometimes, HEOS is just horrible. In 2 months I have suceeded opening the app twice. It never detects the amp. 

I had a Bluesound before. That just plug and play, but sadly dont support surround sound. This relationship will never be happy because of all the issues of disconnecting amp and 1 hour work every time you want to listen to Spotify on your amp.

Loses connection to my receiver about once a week, and the only way to get it to connect to it again, is to unpug it and then plug it back in. Annoying that you have to pull the receiver out of the shelf once a week just to have the app work. Besides that it’s fine

I have had stability problems with this app since I bought my avr3200w amp 1,5 years ago. I’ve kept the app, the amp and l my iOS updated. But nevertheless has the app appeared unstable and unreliable. Some days unable to connect, other days working fine. 
It has actually worked find and reliable for 1,5 month though, but then suddenly out of the blue, it stopped working again. And now it can’t find and connect to the amp. The amp is connected to my WiFi. 
It can’t be that a company as Denon can’t make a prober app.

On top of this app in general being user hostile crap, it can’t find my AVR-X3300W after latest update to version 3.0.0.

Receiver is connected to the internet (wired) and running latest firmware; tried rebooting receiver; tried setting receiver IP manually in app; tried to reinstall app; even tried rebooting my iDevice. All to no avail.

The update notes for this update says “Improved stability and bug fixes”. Can’t stop laughing.

First this was a great app. I could control my receiver stream music through it and life was great. But it got unstable and since the last firmware update I can’t connect to it at all or even detect it in the app. I’ve looked over the network setting so many times now and everything is set correct. I’ve tried to unplug the receiver and set it up again. Same result.
