The buttons are very sensitive causimg it to keep resetting. 

Whenever i search something, i can’t go back to the search options without writing it all over again. 

Many products are not available, and the prices of many products are way higher than market price (i understand a 20-40 increase, but sometimes it’s upwards of 60-100 for a product that’s only 500). 

Also no description for many products. 
And just a note that adding expiry date would be helpful, since many stores tend to sell their old stock that only has a few months left on it.

The app lags a lot
Orders may get deleted then appear again
Even on searching for products (which is app's main task) some products disappear and there is usually slowness in navigation

One of orders when i opened it had found it was 
empty after paying for it. ( empty package )

And one of orders was another item than I ordered so I communicated with dentacarts number and they said to me the sales representative will communicate with me and they gonna replace my order by the correct one and neither of these happened.

Me as a dental center owner can buy all of the products shown on this app with a less price range from the store that I deal with in Alexandria, Egypt.
Specially face masks and Nitrile Gloves are crazy expensive. 
Meta Composite is the only thing that offers with the exact same price that I used to buy from the store. 
If you want, I can send you my bills to help you offer the right price. 
I won’t remove the app and will wait the price adjustment, then I might change my rating to five stars.
