App freezes up
I would like to use the 9News app but it freezes up and won’t scroll. I have downloaded and then deleted it several times and this continues to happen. Very annoying, and I can’t use it.

Not refreshing after being closed
One you’ve used the app, close then reopen, news is not refreshed until you reopen again. Just started happening for last week or two.

Do not use!
Nothing but ads and “will be right back”. Very frustrating and disappointing! No news.
Broken
Catching up on local news is part of my daily routine—this app used to be one of my go tos. Now, when I open it, the welcome animation starts but then the screen goes white and a reload icon appears. Not sure if others are experiencing the same issue.
Integrity five star
I love that 9 News stays true to journalistic integrity. You may not always like the news, but it fact-checks as true.
Click bait junk to the extreme
The app is useful and easy to navigate, but they do so much click bait tricks it’s frustrating. Today they had an notification and an article titled Who is the new Pope? What we know about about Francis’ successor. And the article says they obviously don’t know anything because we don’t know who the new pope is yet. Pure junk.
Doesn’t work on iPad
Worked ok then not. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work.
