Depicus Wake On Lan

Didn't work for me at all, tried the free mWOL app instead, worked perfectly the first time. You don't always get what you pay for, I guess. Oh, and in the short time I tried to use it, it crashed once, and misinformed me twice (there is no "bookmarks" page that I could see, and the default port for WOL is 9, not 7). All in all, not a good experience with a for-pay app.

Has been using Depicus wol software for ps for some years. This works just as great. Rasmus

I know how WoL works. In fact I use the depicus website and it wakes my PC just fine. When using the exact same configuration in the app it says there was an error sending the packet. I will be asking for a refund.

Do not buy if you have the latest version of iOS. This isn't optimized and no keyboard opens. You have to painstakingly copy and paste all ur info in. Even then only half the screen shows the apps.

You can wake a computer remotely via their website for free. Try that before buying and blaming the app. Getting WoL to work can be kind of difficult with router configuration, Ethernet adapter settings, etc, but I bet people here with negative reviews couldn't figure out how WoL works generally. This app is more convenient than using a shortcut to safari, which is why I happily bought the app. It looks terrible because it was designed for smaller phones (like the 4s) but that doesn't matter because I just open this app, hit the button, close the app, wait 30 seconds, and then remote in to my computer. Good app, works if you can get everything figured out with your machine/network.

This is a really cool app and I want to give it more stars but it crashes pretty regularly when used on my iPhone (5s running iOS 9.2.1). There are clearly some bugs that need to worked out and I hope they get resolved! Keep up the good work

Worked perfectly first try. I have Linksys E3000 router. Setup port forwarding to home pc. Woke up my home computer remotely first try. Nice work guys!

Waste

Been working on this for two days. So far can only get it to work on deshtop with my network. Cannot get 3g to work ay all, or on my laptop. I only got it for the 3g and it doesn't work. Tried to reg. On web site for two days and they never seny me a password. No way to contact them. I guest i just wasted 2.00

I've tried 5 other Wake On Lan apps and all of them fall short to this one. The only other app that was decent for WOL is Scany but it doesnt let you save your connections. Well worth the $2. Thanks!!
