HELP I DID THIS JUST FOR FUN AND IT SAID SEVERE LOL
This app is great for tracking your mental health. You can see your test results from every time you have taken the test, which is great. This also helps as a diary and has a lot of ways to help you calm yourself down.
I have to no one to talk to and I over share things that end up making me feel embarrassed and exposed so having an app where I can vent and hopefully no one sees makes me feel kinda better🙂
I love would to use the app more but there glitches such as when I’m writing it would be slow, not save writing if tab moved, you can’t use the mic on keyboard it would move the writing and mess up the whole thing or and delete some of my writing. It can get annoying when trying to write/vent in the journal it would move without notice and it would just get more stressful if you were already stress but I still like the app for the test it helps see my progress on how far I’ve come or fallen in the state
This app helps me with the problems I’m having and it helps me be less insecure
I’m really nervous around people and I don’t want to ask a doctor or my parents for a test. I’m very thankful for this app thank you for making it
This App Show Me,How Much I Have Stress
I just needed a little cheering up so thanks
DTest is a simple, easy-to-use app. It uses the standard 9-question test that you would get at a doctor's office. There is a history chart, where you can scroll back and see your answers from past tests, and the ability for notes to be written - though I don't usually use this feature much. It's not a needy app - it simply keeps track of your mental health, and provides resources if you wish to seek help (though I don't recommend using BetterHelp, for the various controversies with it). You can also set it up to send reminders, if you wish to have a routine with it - but it's not necessary. The developers are also responsive, and receptive to suggestions. I've never had the app itself break. There is no paid version, or free trial, or any prompt at all to give money for your mental health - to the point where honestly, I've used this for so long, I wouldn't *mind* a tip jar option. Maybe you could do something cosmetic as a perk, like change the app's colors, or the icon itself? In a world where every app seems to want to do everything for you, to the point where it becomes overwhelming, DTest is a refreshingly simple and clean app. I've used it for five years to track my mental health through highs and lows, and as long as it plans to remain an awesome, easy-to-use app, I can easily picture myself using it for another five.
I like the content which guides me through CBT. The app is hard to navigate.
