However, I don't like that it requires FULL photo access just to save photos. Apple lets developers request "add-only" permission or "select photos" permission and this is all the app needs. Please fix this. -- Ihaveaverylongusername, 2025-05-24 ### ****- "Cool, but sometimes doesn’t detect camera" Love this app, but does not detect a camera. It only detects when you plug it in before you open the app. Also, I cannot put the app in landscape. -- Caw1716, 2025-01-16 ### ***** "Wtf… this is not ok" I’m shocked with the racism towards the Chinese in these reviews what is going on here!!! I haven’t tried the product yet b/c I’ve been so appalled by the racism. Come on guys stop with the hate we are all the same we all bleed the same and put our pants on the same one leg at a time. I’m sorry to anyone offended by these losers reviews we don’t claim them -- jfaye89, 2024-12-08 ### *---- "Sketchy" Like another reviewer said the security seems sketchy. Access to photos is understandable but I made sure I didn’t give it access to all my photos. I didn’t understand why it needed access to my network. I used the camera. It worked very well and then deleted the app since this is not a thing I need every day. -- SDR123, 2023-11-09 ### ***** "Works GREAT! Super safe also." Great little indoscope for the price. The only con for me was the apple charger connector. The wire is way longer than I’d ever need but I like to have it just Incase. The photo access is fine and it never asks for “network” access. Probably a better product than you’d receive from an American company, made by the same people though. -- Pmagz888, 2023-11-08 ### ***** "Yes" It’s good -- JoeyLatok, 2023-11-01 ### *---- "Sketchy security-wise" I’m always a little suspicious that Chinese companies use consumer electronics as a way to conduct cyber attacks on Americans on behalf of the Chinese government. This app really makes me think I might be right. Upon starting up it asked for permission for two things: access to my photos (understandable since this app will need to save photos) and access to my local network (absolutely NOT understandable). There is no reason why this app should need to access my local network. None at all. Beware… -- ElwoodBlues, 2023-09-16 [View all DEPSTECHCAM reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## DEPSTECHCAM Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/united-states) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/japan) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/switzerland) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/czechia) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/united-kingdom) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/australia) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/austria) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/denmark) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/ecuador) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/estonia) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/france) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/greece) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/indonesia) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/india) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/italy) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/lebanon) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/poland) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/turkey) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/ukraine) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/argentina) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/azerbaijan) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/belgium) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/canada) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/chile) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/united-arab-emirates) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/depstechcam-uUY/israel) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
