## Depth of Field Estimator Description
Photographers know that objects in an image at different distances are not in equally sharp focus. This is due to the optical parameters of the imaging system. 

Depth of Field Estimator helps you to interactively estimate this distance range for your purposes. 


MAIN FEATURES

- Obtain the focus distribution for popular sensor formats interactively
- Read quickly the hyperfocal distance for given optical parameters
- Calculate circle of confusion based on final image dimensions or use a custom value
- Estimate which parameters could be adjusted for your desired depth of field

Wunderbare App. Es gibt kaum was zu verbessern. Eine Schrittverstellung bei der Distanz wäre schön. Ein Darkmode wie in der Vorschau ist nicht verfügbar, hätte mir aber gefallen. Die Brennweite wird in KB-Format angegeben. Eine Wahl für die Kropfaktor-Brennweite wäre auch ganz nett, ist aber nicht zwingend.

App macht genau, was ich mir gewünscht habe. Man kann die Sensorgröße wählen und alle Einstellungen einfach mit Schiebereglern justieren und sieht direkt mit einem farbigen Balken von Grün nach Rot, was passiert. Kostenlos, keine Werbung, herzlichen Dank für die Tolle App!

Die übersichtliche Darstellung der App gefällt mir sehr gut. Die Entfernung kann man leider nur mit einem Slider eingeben. Auch nach vielen Versuchen gelinge es mir nicht, die 2.0m einzugeben. Eine direkte Eingabemöglichkeit wäre für mich zwingend.

### ***** "Einfach zu bedienen und macht was es soll…"
Die App berechnet hervorragend Schärfentiefe und Hyperfokale Distanz unter Berücksichtigung diverser auswählbarer Parameter wie Brennweite, Blende, Objektabstand und Chipgröße. Ebenfalls wählbar ist neben einem verfügbaren Standard eine variable Größe des Zerstreuungskreises bei abweichendem Sehabstand vom Bild. Meine bescheidene Meinung: Die Eingaben der Parameter sind problemlos möglich und im unteren Bereich werden die Ergebnisse der Berechnung sehr übersichtlich angezeigt. Kein überflüssiger Schnick-Schnack. Die App macht was sie soll, was will man mehr. Für mich eine sehr gute App für diesen Zweck. Danke an den Entwickler, danach hatte ich gesucht.
