Dermstore: Shop Pro Skin Care

Horrible service on return. Needed to return an item that was sent by mistake after I stopped a subscription, oh my god, it took forever for them to refund, and still haven’t gotten my full refund. The most terrible service.

I have purchased dozens of items through the years on Dermstore. I can’t remember not being happy with my purchase but if I wasn’t pleased, I have complete confidence that my return would be honored if I made the request. Shopping at Dermstore is just a “no brainer”

It doesn’t refresh! Hard to use! I had to keep going back and adding things! Then it would kick me out again! Very frustrating! I tried to pay 5 times!

This company is not set up well enough to spend so much money on. So many issues with dispatching/shipping and their customer service support is horrible. For selling such expensive/luxury products, they should have a better and more reliable set up. I placed an order totaling $1400 over a week ago - they’ve charge my card, the payment has posted, and they have no updates on when the order will be shipped and delivered (it was supposed to be delivered 3-5 days after purchasing). They won’t let me cancel and they won’t provide an update on when I’ll receive it. No support or help whatsoever. Absolute scam

Usability of the site is very poor making it difficult to utilize the email offers.

Easy to navigate website. Fast delivery and feee shipping. Great product availability.

Very confusing to understand all the options. I was trying to save a little money, but the explanations were difficult to follow. I tried at least 4 times before I finalized my purchase.

it says it will tell you the best hairstyle for your face. I can’t find it.

Login and search bar are not working.
