## Descartes Mobile Description
Descartes Mobile extends Descartes world-class routing and scheduling systems to the field, guiding your drivers through their day, and completing the final link in the chain of custody through accurate Proof of Delivery.

Drivers begin their day by reconciling items prior to departing their depot, making certain they have all they need. Upon arriving at their stops, drivers may scan items on and off their vehicle, ensuring the customer gets everything they were supposed to, and nothing they weren’t. If an item is damaged or refused, the reason can be recorded and photographs taken. Upon completion of the stop, the customer verifies all the items delivered, and signs off, confirming the driver’s actions. Additionally, MobileLink Delivery may be customized at almost any point within the application to allow the collection of data specific to your organization, such as load quality, surveys, or re-ordering of supplies.

And while Descartes Mobile is guiding the driver through their day, it’s also communicating to Descartes servers, providing operational and customer service personnel real-time visibility into the status of the driver and their deliveries.

Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

## Descartes Mobile Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not intuitive"
I don’t like the app, it’ll have you keep a giant load on all day as your last stop when it should be your first. Doesn’t account for common sense scenarios, RXO wants us to call every morning before work if we want to make a route change. I would literally have to call every single morning before work because of this app.
-- DanaBoyd92, 2025-08-27

### ***** "Hacked phone"
Hello, my name is Janusz, and I have one question.

Lately, I’ve been concerned about my privacy—my phone has been acting strangely. I work as a delivery driver for Home Depot, and we use a mobile app to complete deliveries, send photos, and navigate to addresses.

Is it possible that, through this app, someone from Home Depot—whether staff or an employee—could access or hack into my phone?
-- Capitan Ginger, 2025-07-08

### *---- "Need to get that fixed"
The new update don’t like it. Can’t touch the phone numbers to call the customer direct have to go through multiple screens and type the number in the old-fashioned way on the phone
-- RayC91, 2025-03-13

### *---- "Cámara not working properly"
Needs to fix bug camera not working properly staying only black
-- Boooop2, 2025-02-27

### *---- "No trabaja el mapa en iPhone"
Basura
-- Nicoya-Esteli, 2025-01-17

### **--- "Map"
Map needs to be fix on iPhone we can’t see our stops
-- Tapia-pa, 2025-01-10

### *---- "Maps"
The are not working good pls fixed
-- Perro agudo 54, 2024-12-30

### *---- "El mapa no funciona"
El mapa no funciona
-- amaiarodrgz, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Fix your map bug"
App was decent, but they never want to fix things right away. Cheeks
-- Home Depot express, 2024-12-25

### **--- "Map function is bugged"
Overall great app to manage and move through however the map keeps showing up in the middle of the Arctic Ocean even though it knows where I’m at and it stopped showing my route in the map which just makes route planning longer on my end
-- DrgWoody, 2024-12-24
