Not only do they have a ton of original movies, but also collections of talks/speakers from TOFW and devotionals. I think Deseret video is upping their game and it’s only going to get better. My one wish is that they might get more animated content for children, I.e. Apple TV needs to have a native app. 2. Stream quality when either Airplay or Chromecast is Awful. Pretty bad when you can hardly make out a scene of a movie with all the blur. Almost looked like it was streaming at 480 resolution which on a brand new movie (witnesses) was unfortunate. I enjoyed using it then and was patient with all the flaws. But many of the flaws are still there. And on my app, there are movies in the “continue watching” section that are no longer in the “full length” movies. And those movies are still having the same issues as before. I also don’t feel like there is a large enough selection of movies and other content to warrant the $5 a month fee. When I signed up it said it would be $1.99 per month for platinum members, but it charged me $3.22 I have watched a few videos on the app, but now it just keeps crashing on me. I’m not sure if that’s because of the iOS 15 updates, or if it’s Deseret Videos issue.
