Terms state you have 14 days to use the free bets but after 24 hours of signing up my bonus bets show that they have expired. Spoke with customer service and they could not help me. Monique stated “I have reached my limit of ability” Ridiculous!!! -- jayyteeesanchez, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "Reviews" I love a new sportsbook downloaded the app and started to look at the reviews, never been more scared in my life i aint taking a chance on this one, thank you reviewers. -Your friendly degenerate gambler. -- joebreezzyy, 2024-12-02 ### *---- "Refused to honor $20 for $100 Bonuses" Worst book ever! They have a promotion running that says “wager $20 on odds of -200 or better and get $100 in bonus bets” instead they gave me their bottom feeder promotion of only matching the $20 in bonus bets. When I contacted supported, they said to send a screen of the “affiliate link” are you freaking serious!!!!! It’s on your own website! I even sent them multiple screenshots and they said we need a “Instagram link”. Clearly that’s a social media app with no website. When you click the ad in Instagram, it’s take you directly to their site!!! Worst sign up scam ever!!! Stick with FD, DK, Fanatics, and MGM!! Pure Scam!!! -- Maine0587, 2024-11-30 ### *---- "SCAM" I repeatedly attempted to cash out over a ten minute span. Every time the app denied my cash out claiming that they couldn’t find my location. If they couldn’t pinpoint my location how was I even able to view my bet? Scam artists at work, BEWARE -- Scammer a, 2024-11-10 ### *---- "Horrible app" This is by far the worst book app I have ever experienced. I cannot open my bet slip. It wants me to login and when I do it takes me to the same login page. This happens over and over again. I call customer service and they were just as bad. I joined this book for the free bets and it ran just fine when I was betting my own money last night. Using free bets now, and the app basically crashed on me. I can’t do anything. Stay away from this book. -- Mr8212, 2024-11-03 ### ***** "Withdrawal/betting" Switched from fanatics sportbook to this app not only they have insanely good promotions to get yourself bonus bets either for the weekend or the weekday their withdrawal time is quick as fast as 30 min I feel the Odds on the app are way better than others as I seen fan duel had lions game -170 but diamond casino like to make sure everyone make that good money and their odds were -140 the odds make a money difference for sure I had won recently but hadn’t gotten the money after 2 days but after talking to Kayla through chat support found out it’s because we need to verify who I am which was quick and easy now just waiting for the team to process the documents and the funds remember if you have a gambling problem to always ask for help as gambling is to be fun -- FloridaBoy6996, 2024-10-05 ### *---- "Bad app!!!!! Take too long to deposit and withdraw." Bad app!!!! Take too long to deposit and withdraw. Bonus for first time customer is a joke. -- abc y me, 2024-09-21 ### *---- "Horrible and Misleading" Horrible and misleading new customer promotion. They claim that you must wager real money along side bonus bets yet there is nothing I see that states this in the T&C. Voided my bets and rejected my withdrawal, stay away from this sportsbook! -- Jag2kk, 2024-09-06 ### *---- "Bad" This is the worst Sportsbook I have ever used. They did not give me the bonus. I had to contact support and send them screenshots to prove the bonus was offered and valid. I won my initial bet and the bonus so i decided to take my winnings and walk but they would not let me withdraw. I said the f word on the phone with support and they suspended my account with a $148 dollar balance that i cant access. -- Gahjdndd, 2024-09-02 ### ***** "Awesome!!!!" Love the app ! Very good odds and promos are great ! Plus easy withdrawal! I make sure i talk to support before I deposit with any sportsbetting app!! They are amazing dont let these bad reviews fool you GET THIS APP!! -- Food Guru1, 2024-08-20 [View all Desert Diamond Sports reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Desert Diamond Sports Discovered Keywords - odds - sports bets - online betting - desert diamond sports - nfl betting - sportbook ## Apps Similar to Desert Diamond Sports - [Tipico Sportsbook: Sports Bet](https://apptail.io/app/tipico-sportsbook-sports-bet-QGT/united-states) - [Topps® BUNT® MLB Card Trader](https://apptail.io/app/topps-bunt-mlb-card-trader-oBU/united-states) - [Sports Illustrated: Sportsbook](https://apptail.io/app/sports-illustrated-sportsbook-YEV/united-states) - [Borgata - Online NJ Sportsbook](https://apptail.io/app/borgata-online-nj-sportsbook-qJV/united-states) - [Arizona Betfred Sportsbook](https://apptail.io/app/arizona-betfred-sportsbook-NhX/united-states) - [SuperBook Sports Arizona](https://apptail.io/app/superbook-sports-arizona-QhX/united-states) - [SaharaBets](https://apptail.io/app/saharabets-ShX/united-states) - [Spin Palace Casino by Betway](https://apptail.io/app/spin-palace-casino-by-betway-DUMb/united-states) - [Lucra Arcade](https://apptail.io/app/lucra-arcade-kxLd/united-states) - [WynnBET Casino & Sportsbook](https://apptail.io/app/wynnbet-casino-sportsbook-QxXk/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
