Also highly irritating are the occasional ads that do not close nor provide diamonds forcing me to close the game such as some of the bitcoin ads. Beautifully designed and fun to play. You must be prepared to spend lots of money in order to win challenges. You are allowed to use an item only 5 times. Then you must purchase diamonds. Diamonds can be converted to cash. The game is set up in a manner that ensures you do not have enough diamonds or enough cash to complete these challenges. You require both in order to buy items. You win rewards for each challenge but it’s furniture items and a meagre amount of diamonds. You are almost compelled to buy “collections” in order to have a decent design score. These are weekly occurrences. Crowdstar the developer is synonymous with spending your cash. Don’t get me wrong, I love the game, played it for years. But…it’s gotten to the point where you need diamonds to get the majority of items. You can earn diamonds but not nearly enough to make any decent purchases. The only other way is to buy them. You used to be able to buy rugs with “cash” that you’ve earned in the game. Now you need diamonds for anything that is decorative, and they are very expensive! Rugs are easily 2000+ diamonds, table accessories are generally 600+ diamonds, etc. And a lot of the furniture has to be purchased with diamonds also, and many of the room requirements need you to purchase very expensive pieces that also require diamonds. It’s honestly too bad they’re pricing theirselves out of players. A game this popular shouldn’t need to cost that much. I’ve literally seen items in stores like Home Sense (a picture to be exact) that was $45 at Home Sense and in the game it was 850 diamonds! What the &$#*!
