## DESLOC Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Great product"
I have the K120 lock that I have been using for 3 weeks. The lock has a large rechargeable battery which at 83% after 3 weeks. The battery consumption is lower than previous models. I love the finger print feature which makes unlocking so simple. I think it uses special scanning process so even my worn out fingerprints work. The app is also advanced with landlord feature which I don’t use. The company is very innovative with new features released regularly. Great Product.

### ***** "K140 Plus"
Very pleased with this lock. Looks nice, works as expected and setup was a breeze. Pairing with the app was easy as well. The auto lock feature is nice but I tend not to use it as this lock is on my garage door and I go in and out too many times. This is where my one issue lies with this lock. If you don’t enable the auto lock or timed lock then the palm reader function only works if you first physically touch the screen to wake it up. It would be better if this feature worked without having to touch the screen even if auto lock is not used. Just my thoughts

### ****- "Works good so far"
Working really well in a busy environment but not having a schedule for auto lock is consuming a lot of batteries!
-- Greddyracer, 2026-04-15

### ***** "Works great, just a suggestion"
I’ve been using the app for a couple months now and it works great. No crashes and easy to navigate.

I would like to see a change where we can choose a time beyond 120 seconds for the auto-lock feature.
-- Itchy334455, 2026-04-15

### ***** "Great for Family Use"
This app is very helpful for my family. We all have our own access codes and I can see when my kids arrive home from school. It gives me peace of mind every day.
-- Emily Watson., 2026-04-13

### ***** "Simple, stable, and very convenient"
The app has a clean and user-friendly interface. Adding the door lock is quick and easy, and the operation is smooth and seamless. It runs stably and reliably, and the one-time passcode feature is very convenient. It would be even more practical if a widget or quick shortcut could be added on the phone for daily use. Overall, this is a practical and easy-to-use app that fully meets my needs.

### **--- "Lack of manual status update"
The app does not seem to provide frequent status update. Instead, display is only refreshed when there is a lock event from the lock (e. g., lock/unlock). That means the display won’t be accurate if a lock event is missed; the displayed battery status will be inaccurate also due to such passive updates. In fact, display discrepancies have been reported by many other users. It would be great improvement if the app provides an option to perform a manual update (locally and, more importantly, remotely)
-- Canxaq, 2026-02-07

### ***** "Excellent lock - easy to set up"
Install was easy and the setup and functionality is great. I would definitely recommend.
-- Mom Peach, 2025-12-09

### *---- "Hot garbage"
Bought this lock off of Amazon to replace my key Kevo, which is not gonna be working soon and had high hopes for this being a good replacement unfortunately it’s absolute hot garbage. The app will not pair to the lock. The manual pairing method doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognize the serial number and there is no QR code as the manual states. This is pure 100% garbage chinesium do not buy. This has been a frustrating experience beyond many.
-- Fenex ignite, 2025-10-12

### ****- "Schedule"
It’s not too bad. I would like the functionality to set up a schedule that it auto locks at a certain time of the day. Now that would be nice.
