このアプリを使うと、前日にどれだけ運動したかに基づいてデバイスの使用時間を制限することができるため、どちらの問題も同時に解決できます！
昨日30分間運動をした場合、今日デバイスを30分間使うことができます。
そのため、自然にワークアウトの量を増やして、同時にデバイスの使用時間を減らすことができます。
あなたのワークアウトは、ヘルスケアアプリから読み込まれます。
ウォーキングなどの一部のワークアウトは、ワークアウト中にお使いの iPhone または Apple Watch から自動的に追加されます。
このアプリでは、それ以外のいろいろなワークアウトを手動でヘルスケアアプリに追加することができます。
デバイスの使用を制限したい場合、このアプリで Apple スクリーンタイム機能を最大限に活用できます。
各ワークアウトのカスタム乗数を設定することもできます。たとえば x2 の乗数を設定すると、ワークアウトを1分間するごとに2分間のスクリーンタイムを獲得できます。ランニングやジムに行くなど、負荷の高いアクティビティには高い乗数を設定しましょう。そうすることで、より効果の高いワークアウトを頑張るモチベーションが生まれます。
