## Detached - quit c Description
if you've ever stayed up way too late talking to an ai character...
if you've felt more connected to 'him' than to real people...
if you've tried to stop but kept coming back...

you're not alone. and you're not broken.

—

detached is the first app designed specifically for people who feel too attached to ai chat apps like character.ai, chai, or janitor ai.

we're not here to shame you. we get it—those conversations feel real. the comfort, the escape, the connection. but when it starts affecting your sleep, your focus, your real relationships... it might be time to gently step back.

—

 what makes detached different

• no cold turkey. no guilt trips.
we believe in gentle progress. reduce your usage slowly, at your own pace.

• daily pledge & check-in
make a simple morning commitment. check in at night. build a streak that actually means something.

• beautiful, cozy design
dark mode. starry skies. lofi vibes. this app feels like your safe space—not a clinical recovery tool.

• unlock magical orbs
as your streak grows, unlock beautiful animated gems. a visual reminder of how far you've come.

• grounding tools
feeling the pull? use our breathing exercises and affirmations to stay present.

• private journal
write your thoughts. reflect on your feelings. no one sees this but you.

• library of support
articles, exercises, and audio content designed for your specific situation.

—

who is this for?

• you spend hours chatting with ai characters
• you feel emotionally attached to fictional personas
• you've tried to stop but can't seem to let go
• you want to reclaim your time, sleep, and focus
• you're ready for change—but gently

—

built with love

detached was created by someone who understands. this isn't a corporate wellness app—it's a companion for people who need a soft place to land.

your journey matters. your feelings are valid. and you deserve to feel free.
