Mit der photoTAN-App geben Sie Ihre Banking-Aufträge, zum Beispiel Überweisungen frei. . Dafür muss das photoTAN-Sicherheitsverfahren durch das Scannen einer Grafik im Aktivierungsbrief aktiviert sein.

Mit einem aktiven photoTAN-Verfahren haben Sie 2 Optionen einen Auftrag freizugeben:
photoTAN – hier scannen Sie eine Grafik und geben die dadurch generierte TAN (Transaktionsnummer) im Auftrag ein. Dadurch bestätigen Sie den Auftrag und geben ihn frei.  
Für mehr Komfort empfehlen wir photoTAN push – dabei bestätigen Sie den Auftrag nach Prüfung der Daten direkt in der App.

Die photoTAN-App wird mit einer von Ihnen gewählten PIN oder durch biometrische Daten geschützt.



+++ Hinweis zur Aktivierung von photoTAN +++
Ab 25. August 2025 kann kein neues photoTAN-Sicherheitsverfahren mehr eingerichtet werden. Aktive photoTAN-Verfahren können weiterhin verwendet werden. Unser BestSign-Sicherheitsverfahren wird photoTAN ablösen. Und BestSign wird direkt in der Deutsche Bank App eingerichtet. In Zukunft haben Sie also Ihr Banking und das Sicherheitsverfahren in einer App!

Warum bleibt immer noch die Benachrichtigung nachdem man den Auftrag freigegeben hat? Man muss dann jedesmal die App erneut öffnen und dann auf freigeben drauf obwohl da nichts mehr ist. Das nervt langsam!

Jedes mal bleibt eine Zahl stehen auf dem App Symbol nachdem man diese benutzt hat. Dann muß man erneut in die App eine photoTan push Freigabe anfordern, dann steht dort kein Auftrag und somit verschwindet die Zahl. Wieso bekommt ihr das nicht geregelt ? Seit ihr zu träge oder ist es euch egal, kein Wunder warum Leute mehr und mehr zu anderen Banken rennen. Die haben die Zeichen der Zeit erkannt, man könnte ja auch Diagnose Daten sammeln. Um das Kundenerlebnis und um diese App regelmäßig zu verbessern. Aber es ist euch einfach egal …

Wenn ich eine PhotoTan Push Autorisation anfordere, dann auf diese App wechsle und autorisiere, dann zurück in die Quell-App (z.B. Amazon) gehe, dann bleibt an dieser App immer ein Kennzeichen stehen.

Erst wenn ich wieder die PhotoTan App öffne, auf PhotoTan Push tippe und die App dann zeigt, dass es keine offenen Freigaben gibt, dann verschwindet die Kennzeichnung.

Der Fehler besteht seit Jahren! Es wäre toll, wenn das mal behoben werden könnte.

Update 12.09.2024:
Nach wie vor funktioniert das push-Tan-Verfahren von meinem Konto nicht. Seltsamerweise klappt es mit demselben Gerät (iPhone XS) beim Konto meines Mannes - ich habe drei Aktivierungen in der App, bei zweien funktioniert das Verfahren, bei einer nicht.

Um phototan push approval zu nutzen muss man die benachrichtigungen(notifications) in seinem handy zulassen. 

habe das jetzt zwei jahre nicht nutzen können weil die notifications standardmäßig ausgestellt waren… seltsam, auch wenn die app offen war und man in das register gegangen ist konnte man keine push approvals geben..
