Devices ist die Apple HomeKit App, mit der du Smart Home Geräte schnell und intuitiv verwaltest und steuerst. Jedem Gerät ist ein Symbol zugeordnet. Statt komplizierter Menüführung finden sich alle Geräte in einer Übersicht, die du individuell nach Raum oder Gerätetyp sortieren kannst. Hinzu kommen intelligente Funktionen wie Gerätegruppen, Szenen und Auslöser.

Die App kann leider nichts, was mit Apples KOSTENLOSER Home App nicht genauso gut oder besser geht.

Das Anlegen von Automatisierungen etwa ist in der Home App wesentlich übersichtlicher und intuitiver.

Sensoren, die von der Home App selbst nicht als Auslöser akzeptiert werden (wie etwa die Temperatursensoren der Netatmo Wetterstation, weshalb ich die App überhaupt gekauft habe!), funktioniern auch hier nicht. Andere Apps können das.

App stürzt bei Anwahl der Funktion "Auslöser" sofort ab. Wenn man den Room Locator schließlich doch eingebunden hat, funktionieren die Automationen trotzdem nicht.

### ***-- "Viele Mängel"
Wählt man unter Bedingungen „Sonne" oder „Zeit" und ändert den Wert hat man direkt mehrere Bedingungen in seiner Auswahl. Auslöser lassen sich nicht auf Gruppen anwenden, man muss sich ein Gerät aussuchen. Wählt man als Auslöser „Sonne" gibt es nur die Möglichkeiten der Auf- bzw. Untergänge und keine Möglichkeit den Auslöser einige Minuten nach vorne oder hinten zu verlegen. Manchmal fehlen Konfigurierte Auslöser, es gibt dann nur noch eine oder mehrere leere Zeilen. Zudem gibt es öfter Abstürze der App, wenn man nach dem Öffen direkt die Auslöser anwählt. Wählt man erst einen anderen Menüpunkt, passiert das nicht.

Eigentlich keine schlechte App, aber:
- früher konnte man für Geodaten einen Wirkungsradius angeben (war doch so oder irre ich mich?), und
- Auslöser lassen sich nachträglich nicht mehr bearbeiten, sondern nur löschen und neu anlegen. Das ist schade. 

Nachtrag:
- Georadius gibt‘s doch noch
- Auslöser lassen sich nur editieren, wenn der Auslöser ein Icon hat. Ich weiß jedoch nicht, ab wann das der Fall ist.

Leider wird auf meiner Apple Watch 4 kein Status von den Lampen angezeigt. Also kann man nie sehen ob die Lampe schon an ist oder aus. Auf dem iPhone funktioniert es einwandfrei.

am Anfang war ich sehr enttäuscht das die App nicht das geboten hat was in der Beschreibung behauptet wurde. Dies hat sich geänderten! Im laufe dieses Jahre wurden alle fehlenden Funktionen nachgeliefert..und mehr! vielen Dank.

### ***-- "Der Raum verliert die Einstellung"
Die Bedienung und Einrichtung funktioniert super.
Aber der Raum muss bei jeder Benutzung neu gescannt werden, teilweise sogar neu konfiguriert. Das macht die App für den praktischen Einsatz unbrauchbar. Außerdem funktioniert es natürlich nicht zum einschalten vom Licht in einem dunklen Raum da die Kamera ja dann nichts sieht.
Aber als Demo was mit ar möglich ist macht die App Spaß. Es wäre noch schön wenn es einen Helligkeitsregler für Licht oder Temperatur bei Heizungen gäbe.
