## Devilinspired Reviews in United States

### *---- "+$70 in the trash"
So apparently their sizing isn’t accurate. They sent me a 39 but it fits like a 41..I tried to return it but no one is answering. It won’t let me start a live chat and customer service won’t respond. Trust me. I’ve waited about few days, days beyond their ridiculous three-day return policy. At this point they’re purposely dragging it so they can keep my money. Never buying from again.

### **--- "please fix all the bugs!!"
The app is advertised everywhere, but it is so buggy, glitchy, and doesn't want to load anything at all! It would be more convenient than the website if it worked but unfortunately it doesn't .
-- Gomolyaka1, 2025-05-05

### ***** "The best clothes🙏🏻"
I've been buying since years and its the best clothese ever
-- Hikari han, 2025-03-31

### *---- "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE"
I preordered a dress from here around September. The dress was supposed to be processed by November and shipped by December. They kept delaying it until next February, then March, and then April. I HAD TO BE THE ONE TO REACH OUT EVERY TIME FOR AN UPDATE. I told them I wanted a refund but they could only give it to me if I accepted a 65% refund. Why is it 65%? Because to them it was a preorder dress that was processed. Except for the fact that THE DRESS WAS NOT DONE PROCESSING. I had to do a chargeback. If you’re still going to use it, treat it as a catalog. If possible, reverse image the outfits to find them on legitimate sites.

You wanna know the kicker? I contacted another site about this same dress and they told me that preorders were finished and the designers weren't going to make more. Wanna know what DI told me? That the designers ran out of materials and needed time to get more. So customer service deliberately lied to me. Instead of telling the truth about the dress, they were hoping to drag it on until I couldn’t get a chargeback anymore. Because of them, I’ll never get that dress.

### ***** "I love this website"
The clothes are high quality and they come quick and they just look so good they’re so cute ❤️
-- Jeffpolar, 2025-01-03

### ***-- "Too slow"
I love this app and would continue to use it, but knowing that if I buy something now, it would come after months from purchase. I just wish there were more detailed things about the orders since all I can do is hope I didn’t get scammed. I do believe my orders will come in but I hope there’s a way to help me keep better track, maybe a more detailed scenario of where my order is instead of keeping it as “preparing”

### ***** "Cute!"
Sells exclusive and adorable merch! Love it so much!!!
-- FluffcakeChan, 2024-12-17

### ***** "Best kawaii fashion"
I love love love all the kawaii outfits
The app has some issues & needs frequent fixes but overall is good
-- Lolitaboy32, 2024-09-19

### ***-- "Search and sorting filter don’t work"
As the title says, if you search and try to search again, it won’t load. And forget about using the sorting filter. Price low to high won’t even think about refreshing to give you the filters you want. Just use the website, it’s a little easier
-- Piglet12377, 2024-09-04

### *---- "zeros stars if i could"
cute selections, but when scrolling through categories at some point the app is just stuck buffering. i checked my wifi, turned my phone on and off, deleted and redownloaded the app, i tried everything and it still doesn’t work properly… how am i supposed to look through your stuff and shop if your app doesn’t even work???
hopefully it’s just a bug you’re working on cause whew.
