Links are broken everywhere, after contacting support I went from the 7 circle of hell to maybe the 4th and It runs in circles when agreeing to the TOS. The link and app was doing the same shenanigans when telling me I need to reset my password. -- Average happy dragon, 2026-02-19 ### *---- "Bad move" Had an app that worked for me for years, now I haven’t neen able to reset my password as requested and no response from tech support. Something so simple and now nothing works🤬🤬🤬 -- GS DAD3, 2025-11-19 ### *---- "Why did you get rid of the tool connect app?" I’m not a business owner. I’m just a guy who wants to use his dewalt work light as a backyard light. I used to be able to turn it on with the old tool connect app before I went outside in the dark. Now I have to fumble my way through the dark to get to the light to turn it on manually. I’ve tried with this app but it asks for a company code to be able to create an account. Why doesn’t Dewalt care about the average consumer any more? -- tanner77, 2025-10-07 ### *---- "This app is terrible" Tool connect used to work fine. I was kicked out and had to download this app. Can’t even create a new account now. Terrible app -- jewsruntheworld, 2025-08-25 ### **--- "How is this live?" Guys, guys, guys. Either take this limping jalopy down for long enough to make it worth using, or spend the time and money to build something new. Leave the legacy app up for people who are too entangled to switch and release a clean app that does the basics well. I’m just trying to put together a list of my tools with some simple info, but multiple tools aren’t even in the database - several tools with QR codes don’t bring anything up. A major manufacturer of this stature offers an app where the keyboard doesn’t even show up when you select a text field. Not a good look. -- ToddFelt, 2025-05-13 ### ***** "Great tool" It’s a great app and the chips and such are super handy to pop in your tools and always know where they are -- Dewalt dude, 2025-05-02 ### *---- "App is terrible" Did have a useful app to control my light. You canceled it and made me get this one. It takes about 1 minute and many clicks to turn on my light. Plus you got rid of the battery meter. You made your 200 dollar light worthless. Need to be able to turn on my light with one click. Will not be buying any more of your tool connects. -- LADY EAGLES, 2025-03-17 ### *---- "Don’t work" App doesn’t work -- Robert Crump Company, 2025-01-14 ### **--- "Used to show tool images, now doesn’t" Pictures that load on web application no longer transfer to the mobile app. Very annoying! -- cb_watches, 2024-12-15 ### **--- "Outrageous Tier 1 Price" For adding more than 30 assets you need to upgrade your tier plan. The next upgrade would be for 750 assets at $2,500/yr. Good app if you only need to keep track of small amount of tools, otherwise too expensive for the very little this software has to offer. -- Güero,, 2024-11-13 [View all DEWALT® Site Manager reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## DEWALT® Site Manager Discovered Keywords - inventry audit - the audition connection - dewalt® site manager ## Apps Similar to DEWALT® Site Manager - [CellGate Mobile Connect](https://apptail.io/app/cellgate-mobile-connect-gvG/united-states) - [Milwaukee® ONE-KEY™](https://apptail.io/app/milwaukee-one-key-bSH/united-states) - [Bosch MeasureOn](https://apptail.io/app/bosch-measureon-gWN/united-states) - [JobWalk Construction Tracking](https://apptail.io/app/jobwalk-construction-tracking-ykO/united-states) - [ShareMyToolbox - Tool Tracking](https://apptail.io/app/sharemytoolbox-tool-tracking-KKfb/united-states) - [TOOLTRIBE PRO](https://apptail.io/app/tooltribe-pro-Brgb/united-states) - [Workcloud My Work](https://apptail.io/app/workcloud-my-work-dXTc/united-states) - [Snap-on](https://apptail.io/app/snap-on-HJrk/united-states) - [Territory Helper](https://apptail.io/app/territory-helper-lqfp/united-states) - [Pavewise Field](https://apptail.io/app/pavewise-field-gnfx/united-states) ## DEWALT® Site Manager Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/dewalt-site-manager-CBfb/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/dewalt-site-manager-CBfb/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
