How much does Dex cost?
Dex has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is €53.74.
My data reset unexpectedly, as with many others’ as well. When you write a review, like I am doing right now, they don’t give a clear way to fix the problem. They copy and paste a response telling you that you failed to backup your save file when migrating. The app never told anyone to do this. No one was aware that there was going to be an update that would wipe all of your data. We trusted these developers for years and they want to spit out, “you failed to backup up your save file”?? That’s crazy to me.
Great app
I have a big collection with over 2k cards. The scanning feature was a lifesaver as you can go from card to card scanning each of them without having to confirm or take a break. I scanned my entire collection in 2 days. The prices are mostly accurate however there is no option to mark a card as graded and have the price reflect the grade.
Good, but new update took away my collection
I love the app with the Pokédex feature, but for some reason I had to sign in again, and my collection was gone. Completely gone. I have to MANUALLY put the cards back, and I lost 500+ cards. How dare you? I need to know how much is my collection, and you just destroyed it! 4 stars only.
Lost everything in update
Over the past year and a half my daughter accumulated close to a thousand cards logged. After taking a break, I opened the app today to log her cards for her from Christmas and am required to log in, which was never required before. Once I created the login I realized ALL progress was completely erased. There is no record of the hundreds of cards we had logged and seemingly no way to recover it. I will not be attempting to log them all again, instead I’ll be deleting and keep track the old fashioned way. Great app to this point but unfortunately you’ve lost a user.
Actually Really Frustrated
I love the app and was excited for the new update with accounts, but when I updated EVERYTHING DISAPPEARED!!! They don’t tell you how to get your old cards and folders back so I was scrambling to figure it out! I love the dex app and have put a lot of time into it, so when I figured it out i was relieved. PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAE HOW TO RETRIEVE OLD INFORMATION!!! My brother lost all his cards and the option I had is not there. He reached out so I’m hoping he gets help. This is supposed to be a fun way we share our hobby, and I hope this doesn't change things.
missing collections
decent app, wish the scanner was free, but you gotta pay the bills somehow. like that you can sort by pokedex number, as that’s how i sort my binders. missing all of the Trick or Trade collections?? like, why.
Scanner will not work
Paid for the $5 subscription, then when you try to scan your cards it loops back to the subscription page. What a waste of money
Used to be a great app
I loved this app when I first stalled it. Now it logs you out and doesn’t allow you to log back in.
