I purchased my Can-Am Spyder a couple months ago and finally decided to set up my Dfence GPS. Got connected with Brett from technical support. He told me exactly how to set up and operate my GPS system. He answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you very much!
Awesome product and awesome people that work with it. I’ve been in person contact with Brett over the last few month and he has updated me on everything over that span of time. Couldn’t ask for a better safety device to help my wife feel safer while I’m out on the bike.
I love this Dfence gps bc it’s very accurate and easy to use. The customer service is excellent bc they are there at anytime to answer and help you through any problems or concerns you have about the device or app.
Every time I call, Bret and Audrey are always very helpful. They take the time helping me and are so patient and kind. I appreciate it very much.
I was having an issue with a new gps awhile back that wasn’t locating. They saw that it was a firmware issue and they had their engineer fix it with a wireless update. Brett had everything working quickly. Recently I just got another gps for my other car and I called in and Brett walked me through setting everything up and making sure my notifications worked as expected. Thanks Brett if you read this. Anyone who has a problem when you call in if you request Brett he is the guy that seems to get things fixed fast. I like the geo fences you can set on the app too, the work great and I can see whenever my car is going into dangerous areas that I marked.
I am leaving this review because after a year in service, a simple email exposed some of the best customer service I have seen in a while (a long while). I protect my motorcycle with dFence – it works as designed. Brett and Tony were in touch within the hour, and we determined the module needed a simple replacement. I received it the next day via Express Mail with a new power pack, charging cord and module – the replacement, pre-configured, which made replacement a snap. I just popped it on the bike, and via the app, took the old one out of service, and added the new one. Worked perfectly – first time. I have been happy with dFence since picking it up for an extra layer of security, for its many capabilities beyond a simple GPS. Customer Service however was icing on the cake, and in this day and age impressed me to no end. Nice work Folks. Mike
