Cant apply for broker via online app.

What is the use of the app if we cant apply the broker through the DFM app. I Try to call the operator and told me to visit the broker office. Very disappointing.

Bug need to be fixed

When i go through the process to open investor account, i have been asked by the app to give access to the camera to scan the emirates id, but the fact is the app doesn’t have the option to get the access to camera in the settings!! Its not available! So there’s no way to do it using the app.

Scanning EID isn’t possible

After many attempts to scan my EID still showing “Try again” message, is very difficult to buy stocks with an app which the scan option not working well. I followed all the instructions and it was impossible to be honest, was planning to buy Salik stocks :(

After I started using DFM, I started getting lot of calls from brokers. I have not registered with any other broker or share market app.

The app is amazing and has a lot of cool stuff but there are certain stuff that needs to have improvements. The interface can have a few more changes and make it more user friendly

Contactless chip scanning does not word

I have been trying to setup an account and faced two issues While scanning the emirates ID it took more than 10 attempts to get the scanning completed. Each time I scan the validation fails. Contactless chip scanning of Emirates ID does not work even after multiple attempts I see the same complaint registered by multiple users so there indeed is some issue which requires fix.

Can’t apply for an investor number since the app won’t allow me to scan the contactless chip. When I reached out to DFM, I was told to visit them to complete my application. What’s the point of having an app then? So disappointing.
