I have signed up when NPL started and somehow after the payment went through after trying for the 10th time. I was still not subscribed and I am still not subscribed. I can get the capacity of the service provider in dealing with the complexity for the first time. The saddest bit is,  I have raised Ticket to get this resolved with the payment details and everything and it still hasn’t been looked at after 3 months. It’s very frustrating as a customer although I don’t care about the $10 I very much care with the level of execution/ commitment from the service I have paid for .
