مشاكل في تحديد الموقع واكمال الطلب
لاحول ولا قوة الا بالله
طلبت الأضحية أكثر من أسبوع قبل يوم العيد، و لأن خاصية الدفع لاتشتغل في التطبيق، تم التواصل على الواتساب و تم تأكيد تاريخ التوصيل و الدفع على الحساب، لكن للأسف يوم العيد إنتهى و لم أتوصل بالأضحية، حاولت الإتصال عشرات المراة لكن بدون رد حتى على الواتساب توقفوا عن الرد، للأسف حرمت عائلتي من فرحة العيد و كل هذا بسبب سوئ إختياري و ثقتي فيكم
لو فيه اقل من نجمة كنت عطيته ..
لو فيه اقل من نجمة كنت عطيته .. ما يرد على التلفونات ولا على الواتس ، خدمتهم سيئة للغاية تقول هم اللي دافعيلك ! ما انصح أبدًا

Very unprofessional and extremely useless app.
Today it’s 16/052023. Downloaded the app last week and tried to contact them for Eid Sacrifice. Kept calling on their mobile number 054 700 0092 it rings but no response at all. Then texted to their WhatsApp 054 700 0093 they have been reading my text but no reply. Please be mindful to use their service unless if you want to misuse your money.

Worst Experience overall
No one responds on the phone and on whatsapp. Very bad service. I am waiting for my sacrificial animal and i don’t have a clue when is it going to arrive.
