## DhanSmart Reviews in India

### *---- "App not working since long"
Application not working since last 2 weeks. It showing under maintenance. Worst banking application ever seen
-- Libin baby, 2024-11-06

### *---- "No Online KYC, Sluggish App with OTP delay and failed transaction issues"
While all Other banks got the portal to update the KYC Through online, Dhanlaxmi offers none. They will just freeze your account. Inorder to reactivate it, you need to go to the branch in India, irrespective you are traveling or abroad!
-- Abdul_Jawad, 2024-11-04

### *---- "Worst app ever used"
I have been experiencing significant issues with your bank portal since the beginning. As a current account holder, I find it frustrating that I am unable to transfer money. While the app works, sometimes the websites doesn’t respond to my requests. I understand the need for security questions, but I have been unable to submit my answers. Since yesterday, I’ve attempted to complete a transaction 8 times without success. It’s not having a good UI makes your app wonderful fulfilling the request should be the may agenda.
You digital platforms doesn’t do the D of digital.
Your bank is the worst I have dealt wit.
Your bank was one of the bad choice I made in life.
-- sammmy2405, 2024-09-22

### *---- "App living in 2004"
We are living in 2024 but bank app still in 2004, worst app ever,
-- Gggucfcdh, 2024-07-27

### **--- "Crash / Lagging"
Ap taking too much time to open, sometimes crashes
-- tsluhar, 2024-05-24

### ***** "New MB app is intuitive and responsive"
I’ve been using Dhanlaxmi Bank mobile banking /Internet banking since 2012. Evolution of features has been embedded and updated gradually. It is integrated with nexus smart id authentication app for transfer of funds or any service as an alternative to SMS OTP. Now you can do more with this app including nominee updating, 15G/H submission. And can set debit /credit limits. Keep it up.
-- Krisshchaitanya, 2023-08-05

### *---- "Worst Banking App"
We have used this app for money transfer and faced hell lot of issues. We lost our money due to the inefficiency of this app. Anytime you add a new beneficiary and try to transfer money to that same beneficiary immediately, the app will choose someone else from the beneficiary list randomly and make transfer to their account. This issue is still there in this app despite of several complaints. Please be careful using this app.
-- Ashraj2013, 2023-08-02

### ***-- "Not able to download statement in Excel format"
The app is stuck while the ‘download in excel’ option is triggered. There is no output and times out after sometime.

No proper resolution from team even after registering a ticket.

Prior to migrating to DhanSmart, excel download was working in the previous version
-- Current Account Holdr, 2023-07-17

### *---- "Dhansmart updation on iPhone 7S"
Ait’s with great regrets to say when I can download DhanSmart on smartphones of 3000-4000 I am unable to Download in my iPhone 7S. Now either I close my account or by a cheaper smartphone. Very sad.
-- joelisieux, 2023-07-14

### **--- "Unable to add beneficiary details."
Unable to add new beneficiary details. Need an improvement in the app as soon as possible.
