Refund process

It’s been over a month and still waiting on my refund for the running shoes and the shipping costs that I had to return to them for almost 150.00$. Customer service writes like robots. They keep saying to wait, wait for what my money back, I shouldn’t have to wait so long for my refund. Terrible service from wanna be customer service. They don’t have PayPal for a reason, so they can make you want for your money or forget about you. Shame on DHgate for scamming people like this. I would never buy from them again.

I have no clue if my order was correct, since my choices didn't make any sense. Tried to contact seller after I made the purchase, it's been a month now, still no response. .. got a notification my package was delivered in Ontario, I live in Alberta... Never will order from this site again!!! DHL delivery service is impossible to get ahold of. Just say goodbye to your money if your parcel is misdelivered.

Been using this service for years and have never had an issue, not as sketchy as other sites and delivery times are actually reasonable all things considered.
