I ordered a bag off here and contacted the seller asking the estimated delivery and they told me to “wait patiently”. After this it said that my item was ‘delivered’ even though I never received it and I tried to see what went wrong with it and now my account is invalid so I am unable to even get in contact or see where my order is. I’m very disappointed as I spent good money for nothing. Please do not order off this site!!

Please don’t use this app as I have putted first order seller has listed item at free shipping and after expecting order and receiving full payment seller demand shipping charges to release the item so I want use the website again and no support from them very poor

Jacket

I ordered a jacket Someone tried to make a rag to LOOK like the jacket that I paid 87 dollars for. It was terrible. I returned the rag jacket Asked for refund 3x !! Never heard back from this company Erk Never Trade with these guys again !!

Do not use these people I placed an order on may 28th 2023 I have still not received it it 4th July /023 neither the seller or DHgate are taking responsibility sent so many messages an just keep getting contact seller I’ve asked for a refund no answer do not use this company absou shocking service or I should say no service at all. I have to give them a rating just to get my review sent not because they deserve one.
