App Setting: German but still Englisch! Confusing and complicated! The programming was obviously carried out by an intern with no education!

Zoll und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer
Bei Zustellung wurde versucht vorab bezahlte Umsatzsteuer und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer erneut einzuheben.
Absolut Schrott!!
Buchstaben sind übereinander, Datenschutz teilweise nicht lesbar und als die Registrierung auch nicht möglich war, habe ich die App wieder gelöscht - unbrauchbar und das in der heutigen Zeit……

Bei diesen App kann man sich nicht einmal anmelden, da der Login Button sich unter der Tastatur befindet. So ist es unmöglich zu bestätigen!
Estaba en casa cuando trataron supuestamente de dejar el paquete y no recibí notificación
Me enviaron un paquete que llegaría el 26 de diciembre, indicaron que vinieron y no lo pudieron entregar pero a mí no me llegó notificación alguna y yo estaba en el domicilio en ese horario. No me dan la opción de ir a recolectar el paquete y ahora tendré que estar aquí esperándolo de nuevo el día de mañana. Muy deficientes sus notificaciones y opciones. Sería maravilloso que permitieran agregar un número de WhatsApp para indicar que se encuentran aquí.
