Yep, DHL does not know where my parcel is. No more updates since December 6. No more expected delivery dates. My contact telephone numbers at DHL no longer work. A real disappointment. I’ll have to re-order the parts for my garage door and file a claim. Johan Carnell

My First and Last Package, the worse Courier Company I have ever experienced till Today, I even Can’t recommend my enemies to Ship their Parcel with DHL.
I wish the DHL delivrery person would just leave a sticker on the door when we are absent so we can just go and pick up the parcel at a lical office. This would be simpler for everybody
They got the payment and keep saying shipment is on hold without giving me any reason and when my package will be delivered.
I downloaded the app to keep track of my ebay purchases. I despise dhl and refuse to purchase things if I know they’re being shipped by dhl. Since ebay opened its international shipping hub, they force every seller to ship the package to the hub, then ebay sends it to me via dhl. Genuinely, dhl has made my life significantly worse because of all the exorbitant fees they claim are customs. This app sucks so much. I can’t find a 10 digit tracking number for any of my packages, it’s not emailed to me, it’s not in the app, and it can’t be found on the DHL website when I click on tracking info.. the tracking numbers i’m given include letters and aren’t even 10 digits. I’m not sure if this is a flaw for international customers but it needs to be fixed. So essentially the app is useless to me because the tracking info I was given doesn’t work. For the amount of money I’ve given to this company over the years I would expect it to be better.
