Ridiculous service ever i had. I am living in Edmonton and i order my my medication at my address but still they hold my package at Calgary for custom . They told me to go at Calgary to verify your self at CBSA so they could deliver the package. Package need to be in Edmonton if they want it…

Full tracking capabilities should be provided freely without any subscription. I have already paid shipping for the item I ordered. Still, the app collects personal data and I don't get to see the estimated delivery date without a full subscription. You are benefiting outrageously from this deal.

Can’t login since the last update

Tried to sign in with existing DHL account that I use on website and it says not supported in DHL app. The rating of the app is overstated.

I opened a chat to try and solve a delivery problem and the chat bot hung up on me after I had taken time to write a bunch of requested information on my phone (laborious!)

Not at all useful we cannot track the parcel rxact location not even we can change the next delivery date or we cannot schedule delivery

Shipped a package from the states. Package was to be delivered yesterday. Apparently on hold for payment. Doesn’t give option for payment. Why wasn’t I notified that it was on hold and for what reason. Tried phoning= dead end Tried online= dead end Tried app= dead end.

Not getting my parcel

You sent me a text message three times to pay duty I click tracking number and try and navigate to pay and o can’t. You click the linknproviddd and it doesn’t take you to a page to pay. Fix this it’s annoying

Paid for Promised Express Shipping by noon August 11 Now ETA is August 18. This will not work and there is no way to contact anyone at DHL
