I definitely agree the apps rubbish they don’t want you getting at your money. That’s why theirs 19 billion in the pensions system schemes wot people av forgotten or don’t know about. About time everyone wised up to it and let’s everyone take the lot out.

Use the website instead

This app is a disaster, all the things DHL does good. To put DHL’s name on this app is demoralising all DHL staff.

I have been trying to use this useless app for ages and all it does is crash and throw you out what’s point of a app if you cannot use it you would think it would be sorted by now but no I have given up on ever using it you would think a big multinational company would be able to sort this problem out ave now deleted the app and won’t be installing it again utter rubbish app and useless

Forgot my password functionality takes you to main website, after step 1 + next, it just leads to a dead end on the main page of the website. No obvious way to reset password.

I had no problems in the past but now it will not log me in so I have to do it on pc. I’ve changed password so many times and it still will not work. Time to delete.

A complete waste of time. Used to work brilliantly until a couple of months ago now I can’t even log into it

It was easy to set up and showed the figures. Then a month later it stopped working and can't get in. The login details has not changed. Useless and unreliable.

I tried the app and it didn’t work. The app closes every time when logging in. I left a review accordingly. The developer left feedback asking me to try again. I deleted the app, reinstalled and tried again. Sadly same problem as first time. I’m using iOS 13.1.3. Nice idea but needs to work ....... Have deleted and reinstalled app several times. Never worked, always crashes.

Just what I need, working really well now. Improvements were made very quickly!
