With the emphasis on automation and ease of use, you can quickly add, manage, and plan student management. Lesson plans with auto calculating your income, teaching aids from libraries to diagrams. Simple backup and restore systems. Mark students as paid either in your income section or in calendar or both. Screens; Students: Active Students - Add Student details - Lesson plans - Reflective Logs Students on Hold - One click transfer back to Active or Archive Waiting List - One click transfer to Active or Delete Archived Students Booking: Calendar - Drag and Drop - Repeat weekly - Colour code to show Paid, Unpaid, and test dates. Upcoming Lessons - List lessons in order. Text student reminders - customise message. Process Booking Form - (from website) Copy and paste the booking form in to app , single tap to add to Active students or witing list all their details. Text All Students - Text all, just Active students, students on waiting list, or selected students, a choice or three custom messages. Ideal for filling cancellation slots. Teaching Aids Traffic Sim - 2D and 3D maps to add vehicles and place in to scenarios to discuss with students, draw lines over to explain in detail. Save and restore scenarios and keep a searchable library of them. My Resources - Upload pictures, videos or links to Google Dive, have them listed in a searchable library of resources with a name of you choice. No more scanning through your phone to find the one you want. Record Route - A simple route recorder, save a map of where you last took your student. Show Me/Tell Me. A series of questions with drop down answers. Settings: ADI details and info. - Keep a record of useful details such as PRN number, ICE, Mot and Tax dates, Insurance company and policy number, Breakdown numbers etc. Backup and Restore. Back up to Google drive or a local backup to your phone or both. Background Colour - Change it to one you like and reset if you don't like it. Statistics: Keep a record of all your student passes, fails and faults, with auto calculating % stats to ensure you don't trigger a standards check. Mileage and Expenses: Add work mileage and personal mileage as well as purchases for anything to do with your business, export as a csv (Speadsheet). Income automatically recorded and calculated from your lesson plan in invoice format, change the status from unpaid to paid which changes the colour to easily identify. Help Screen - Each screen has its own Help button, the help screen has extra information about the app. Theory Test: Over 200 questions designed by driving instructors to get the student to think more and grasp understanding. These are not the DVSA standard ones used in most apps that are purchased under license from the DVSA.
