App Update Error/ Bugs
Your latest app update for IOS seems to have caused more problems than it solved.
My medication was deleted and I can no longer add it back in and, the box got ticking that I’ve taken the medication has disappeared.
Red warning is now appearing saying I’m taking more than 1 unit of insulin and, there seems no way of changing the maximum dose limit.
The app worked much better before you updated it today to “fix bugs and make improvements”.
Please fix the bugs your update has created, thanks.
Great app, but unable to read the small font and numbers
I use this app, several times a day out of necessity from type one diabetes. i’m finding the letters and mainly the numbers to small to read, and there’s no way of increasing their size.
Unreliable
The app doesn’t record the right time and even changed the BG number. Finding the ap irritating.
Calculator disappeared?
I love and depend on this app, but the calculate icon has gone. Reinstalling doesn’t fix. Help!!! 😢
Been forced to change to 4sure duo meter by new GP. Was on ContourNext which worked flawlessly and was free. This app is annoying nag-ware with adverts and constant nagging to upgrade to premium.

Keeps crashing?
Each time I try to make a entry in the logbook the app crashes. I have tried removing the app and reinstalling it many times, and still the same issue arises.

I have the app default to bolus advisor. As of the latest update, whenever I attempt to leave the bolus advisor it just re-opens, leaving the rest of the app inaccessible. Please fix ASAP
