I couldn’t ever log in. I tried myself and called several times. Each email link either never made it to me or locked me out. I called to cancel my subscription which was easier than to schedule an appointment. I couldn’t even get my money back when I couldn’t use the service from the start. Will not suggest to anyone. When I load the app it immediately tells me I’m not using a supported browser. I click on “login” and it takes me to the log out page. But it also has some sort of issue with Safari. Many times I try to login and it says I can’t because I’m using Safari and then I need to use Google Chrome or Firefox. This is idiotic as it is an iPhone app. I’m not even using Safari. When I download the app I am only able to login one time. After that it does not allow me to login and so I have to delete the app and download it again. Every time I wanna use the app I have to delete it and then download it again so that I can login.
