I was asked to use this app to take pictures of my bike and upload them. Every time I attempted to do so, the app crashed. So I contacted dial direct and asked them what to do. They told me to download an app from a link they sent me by text, and the same thing happened again. clearly there is some fundamental incompatibility between this app and Apple's current iOS. I'm never comfortable doing business with companies that are incapable of keeping up with the requirements of changing technology. It seems to be inconsistent with its ratings and payments, giving me a 5-star rating for my driving one day but then not giving me the money I earned from that rating the next day. When I check the app to see where I went wrong, it doesn't provide any feedback, but instead shows that I've driven well.
