Use maple app if you can. They have more to work with. 

They aren’t allow to give you any medication for infections without a full exam. You might as well wait the hours at the hospital, or walk in clinic.

They’re willing to cancel your everything mid session if they feel it doesn’t meet their agenda. Trying to refill an important prescription and their nurse went missing for more than a week. Then she finally comes back and is ready to do my appointment today. However, Dialogue Support didn’t like this idea and cancelled it all… Fantastic. Who needs medicine!? 1/5.

I booked the appointment for my baby's rashes and when the video consult was not working, they directed me to a "support specialist" who takes forever to reply! All the instructions this person gave me were just app refresh, signing in signing out and then I missed my appointment because it takes forever to get their reply. My next appointment will be in 3 hours. If it doesnt work again, I will give another bad review for this stupid app

I’m having a really bad cold. Everyone knows what having a bad cold is like, you barely can do anything. I used all my strength to take the nurse’s call, who was not exactly very nice. I took this LONG time to describe all my symptoms to her, and only to get the respond as there’s nothing she can do, I need to go see a doctor. I asked if there’s any doctor that works with dialogue; she says no you have to make your own appointment. First thing is that, there was no appointment in the upcoming week that’s why I came to dialogue in the first place. Secondly, if there’s nothing you can do, no change you can make, why make me go through everything, spending more than half an hour writing online and then describing the symptoms so much in detail on the phone, when there’s nothing you can do? Just why? I felt so bad and so played by the website and I cried so hard afterwards, for literally feeling helpless and so much waste of my time when I’m sick!!

I had a consultation with a nurse for my kid’s sore throat (which i have consulted in the past for another of my kids for the same thing and got a strep test and antibiotics prescribed), after evaluation she told me i needed to see the doctor so she set me up to book a virtual appointment.  I patiently waited until 8:40pm with my young kid.  No one showed up, some random person called jing li showed up 5 minutes past the appointment time to send me an automated response saying its better to get a in real life appointment and that they will put me in a waiting line to talk to a nurse (again) for more information.  Ive been waiting for 20 minutes and no response from anyone and disregard of my appointment.  I have no prescription for a strep test or anything.  Just lost my time and got ignored
