Been using Dialpad for 2+years and has worked great. However the latest update 25.0.0 is glitching out when I receive incoming calls on my iPhone. it won’t let me answer them and sends the caller straight to voicemail when I try answering the incoming call.

### *---- "Badge doesn’t  update for a while"
After you clear calls in the app and close the app the badge doesn’t update, making it look like you still have calls. If you go back in to the app later and then close the app the badge updates, but it is a bother to have to go back into the app a second time to update the badge. 

A badge that doesn’t update when you close the app after handling the calls is very annoying.

This app is efficient and allows me to contact my employees without having to give out my personal number. It’s very easy to navigate. My only issue with the app is that every other week it won’t allow me to text my employees. It completely blocks me from texting them. It allows me to call them but not text them. If this issue was fixed or would grant access to unblock the employee’s number it would be great.

Dialpad probably does half of what I needed to do. I really like that it transcribed the conversation does the submarine know that’s excellent and that it reports the call. However, I need to be able to immediately respond to my client when I miss their cough, with a text, letting them know that I’ll get back to them. I work out in the field so many use my phone app and I’m not able to do that. My other issue is that sometimes my picture text cannot go through because it surpasses the megabyte. I really hoping that these are features that will be added on in the future and then it would make Dialpad the perfect solution for my business.
