The 555 bus doesn’t appear on the diamond bus tracked at all!

Bus company

Bus company is terrible, always late or does not turn up at. Not a reliable way of transportation. Drivers are usually rude.

Bus Timing Is Out On Live viewer Map

The App is easy to use HOWEVER it is not easy to pin point exactly where your bus is on the route map as it ‘jumps’. No good if you’re running on the last minute as you could have missed it when it looks as though it’s still due! Please fix this.

Terrible unusable app

The app is extremely buggy, I keep checking on the App Store to see if they made a new one and this is outdated but no this is the most recent app they have. I don’t know about other regions but in greater Manchester there is no way to check bus times or identify stops, and not all diamond busses show up on the app so a lot of the time you will miss a bus you didn’t know was coming. They really need an overhaul of this app, there is nothing I can think to say that is good about it.

Poor app poor buisness

App freezes. If freezes when go to get on bus your not allowed on. Tickets are a rip off. Especially with tye very oor service.

Terrible app for a terrible bus company

Kind of fitting. Taken the diamond bud regularly for 5+ years by far the worst bus company I’ve encountered in every way possible. The app itself doesn’t show all bus services but it does for some and doesn’t for others. First bus and their app are 1000x better.

So I asked the driver from Stourbridge bus station on 142 merry hill bus I need to purchase a weekly pass. Gave me a heart attack when he said it £32 per week. I asked which package would be cheap on this app and he said it’s not there’s
