Onbetrouwbare Appmaker

Ooit heb ik geld voor de Pro editie van deze app betaald. Nou krijg ik alsnog een abonnement voorgeschoteld van 10 Euro per jaar..? Dus niet: per direct deze app te verwijderen van mijn account. Oproep aan Apple, om deze app te verwijderen uit de Appstore..!

Perfecte dagboekapp!

Werkt heerlijk. Synchroniseert tussen platforms. Ik gebruik iPhone, iPad en Windows. Makkelijk alles bij houden wat je wilt: dagboek, reizen, schaken, enzovoort. In aparte mappen als je wilt.

Synchroniseert niet meer na de update.

An excellent app

I can’t quite believe that it is 2 years since I last wrote a review. I use the app every day to record all kinds of mundane information; it is an essential part of my toolkit. I don’t much like having to rely on Dropbox to sync across my iOS devices, but understand that cross-platform support mitigates against iCloud. Very responsive support too :)

Goed dagboek app

Je betaald dan wel voor de app maar dan word ook wel goed en netjes maar hij is ook gelijk op elk ander apparaat bij gewerkt. Enige wat ik mis is misschien wel een mooie taken lijst en een budget manager dan is de ap helemaal perfect.

Fantastic to use, but bug in export to .txt and .csv

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I compared this app to Day One and found Diaro more pleasing to the eye. The font size was better in the overview. Also, it’s very easy to filter entries based on folder, tags, search terms, location or date; this is fantastic. I wanted an app that could export to editable documents as well as pdf, so I’m very happy with the ability to export to Word documents. Strangely, in the mobile app I can export to .csv, but not in Diaro Online. Exporting to csv is quite handy for tracking simple stuff: as long as you only write one line (without newlines) in the notes, it perfectly exports to a table in csv. Very useful for tracking water intake, fasting times, food diary etc if you don’t want to use a separate app for that. I have those entries in a separate folder and use tags for food, drink, fasting etc so that I can easily filter all fluid intake or all meals or all fasting intervals. Locations can either automatically be added to entries or manually (is a setting). I now have it on automatic, but there are certain folders for which I really don’t need to save the location, and I cannot change this setting for a specific type of entry. Also, I find myself often changing the location because it’s not always accurate. Changing is easy though, as you get a list of recent locations to choose from. And you can also filter based on location. Minus one star because: in the export from my iPhone to .txt or .csv, my ‘PM’-timestamps get converted to AM-time. I use a 24-hour clock setting, so for example 19:24 becomes 7:24 in the export file as if the entry is from the early morning instead of early evening. I contacted the developer about this, but got no response. I sincerely hope they fix this before I need to export.

Fijne app

Die heel makkelijk in gebruik is. En wat ook tof is: als iets niet duidelijk is krijg je heel snel van het Diaro-support team antwoord. De app synct makkelijk tussen IPad, IPhone en IMac.

Snelle reactie bij support team en oplossingsgericht

Daarom vijf sterren omdat ik even bang was dat al mijn gegevens weg waren, reclame bleef komen ondanks Pro, maar dankzij snelle oplossing bij het support team was ik snel van mijn stress verlost.

Fantastisch

Zeer fijne app. Zo leuk om een dagboek bij te houden voor later. Inclusief foto’s etc..
