Bad support
The support team is awful. They answer after 2-3 days or they don’t answer at all. I have big problems with receiving dice from event or when I invite friends. This is annoying and I think to stop playing because this is taking my joy.

customer service absent
i liked the game at the begining but their customer service is either inexisting or very slow since i did not get my tournament rewards and still did not get any answer from their CS
