The app is buggy, I bought a ticket that didn't work at all because of wrong redirect links in the email. I asked for a refund and they reply with an automated message saying that if the ticket was "activated" they do not refund it. It was activated but it didn't work because a bug in the app, and they made me paid for their mistake. The customer service is slow and just send automated responses. Horrible application.
