Keeps trying to log me in as new to the App even though I have an account. Missed on tickets to a concert.

I had something unexpectedly come up and could no longer make it to an event. I became quite stressed and overwhelmed trying to resell my ticket. I emailed the Dice support team and they were excellent. Got back to me in under 24hrs, exactly understood my question and answered in a way I understood. So appreciative :))

Behind on marketplace technology, consumer rights and ability to resell - effectively a graphic design undergrad artists attempt at a less agile and supportive tixel. Would just stick to a certified ticketing agent or proper reseller that does not limit access or ability to resell purchased property to faux protect consumers rights which can be maintained through Constance in ticket pricing and sales

Great customer service, responded to my email requesting for help pretty much immediately and gave me the answers to my questions and even more info to help me out.

Absolutely disgraceful ticket management of the Sugar Mountain event. Being unable to transfer tickets to friends or have any option to resell within the app is completely unacceptable and down right shady. I can only assume you deliberately closed these options to try and force more people to buy full priced tickets and put more cash into your pocket. I bought a ticket for my best friend whose partner died this week in an accident and I had no option to try help her resell it. Completely unbelievable that on top of her mourning, she had to deal with losing $120 on a ticket to an event she was looking forward to attending. And how about the fact that you got Sugar Mountain to post in the Facebook comments yesterday that you were working to fix the transfer option and then did nothing about it before giving us radio silence? Disgraceful.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Dice. Service and communication are perfect and the app is super user friendly.

Lovely service

I bought tickets to stream Björk in July 2020, the event was postponed seven times (not a problem), purchasers were asked to hold onto their tickets but were fine to request a refund. I held onto mine. The concerts are now going ahead, I missed the first one because I did not receive the stream code. I have now spent days emailing back and forth being told that I was the one that purchased the incorrect tickets when in fact there was only one option when I purchased and there was no communication thet it was only valid for the UK times. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

I’ve used this app twice. First for Nick Cave and the streaming quality was unacceptable. Second I booked Bjork and after spending $80 I emailed support to ask where my confirmation of purchase was. The support rep said no problem all shows are valid for all dates and I don’t have to do anything. Then I plan my night I login look around the site for ages waiting for the link to appear as it said it would appear at the start time. It didn’t I email support they said there is different tickets for different time zones please pay attention to that next time. That’s it. No link or anything. I request a refund and never use this app again for the rest of my life.
