So many bugs. It’s super fun when you get a chance to buy waitlist tickets but the app incorrectly flags things in your credit card info (e.g., expiry date) that don’t allow you to purchase. So you frantically switch between devices trying to find one that works and finally resort to setting up ApplePay with the exact same information. Almost as painful as the original purchase.

Firstly it forces you to make an account, add a phone number and email to connect to the account. 
Why do I need to add a phone number if I have an email? 
Upon attempting to log in it’ll ask you for your phone number, then send an authentication email and ask for a code. My bank account doesn’t even  ask for all that to log in. 

Relax and make it easier to use, I don’t want to make another account for something

I do not ever want to download another app to get convert tickets. I would sooner find a printer and print physical copies of my tickets that waste precious space on my phone with another app that I’m just going to delete as soon as I am in the door. JUST EMAIL ME MY TICKETS, YOU MONSTERS.

This app forces compliance in downloading  the app instead of giving the user options to add tickets to their wallet, store tickets in their email, integrate with another app etc. I understand wanting to restrict bad actors in reselling or using tickets that aren’t theirs. I’m sure there are other ways to do this instead of forcing users to download the app and wait for an event to delete it. The apps forceful nature produces a poor user experience. Do better.

Last year would not let me login in with the credentials I had just made, had to try so many times. Happened to my friend as well buying for the same event. 
This year Dice forced me to join Apple Pay just to buy tickets, which I did not want to do

I’ve been asked to delete and reinstall the app twice by CS to “fix” the fact that my friends names don’t show up when I try to transfer a ticket. It simply doesn’t work properly. Also, the point of release notes is so people can see what’s fixed. Doesn’t instil confidence that there are new releases every few days but zero details as to what has been “fixed” because the release notes are all the same. Lazy development leads to bad apps.

Still not fixed. Takes a week to get a response back. Release notes are still inadequate.

While creating a platform that saves fans from paying insane amounts to see a show is commendable and I am 100% in support of this, I am extremely disappointed in how powerless a ticket buyer is if circumstances beyond his/her control prevent them from attending. Not being able to transfer tickets 2 hours before a show if say, your child gets ill or your babysitter flakes, or another urgent matter arises causes the fan to lose their money and miss the show (unless of course it’s sold out, but they do not all sell out). Moreover, if, as in my case, my partner and I both bought a pair of tickets to see Ladytron as an anniversary gift. Now we have two sets of tickets but cannot sell them, get a refund, or put them on the waitlist. We cannot afford to basically give away the cost of 2 tickets and must wait for the show to sell out and/or for the promoter to refund them. Kind of defeats the purpose, non? It's been a week since I've requested the refund and I'd love to buy some groceries with that $111.56 or maybe even spend it on Hinds tickets. But...
