This app is SO BUGGY
So many bugs. It’s super fun when you get a chance to buy waitlist tickets but the app incorrectly flags things in your credit card info (e.g., expiry date) that don’t allow you to purchase. So you frantically switch between devices trying to find one that works and finally resort to setting up ApplePay with the exact same information. Almost as painful as the original purchase.

This app purports to put you on a waitlist but actually does nothing. It might put you on mailing lists though.
More artists need to use this
Love this app it’s the best because it’s affordable concerts and I don’t have to go completely broke to go and watch a great show keep it up dice I love you

Awful experience
Firstly it forces you to make an account, add a phone number and email to connect to the account. Why do I need to add a phone number if I have an email? Upon attempting to log in it’ll ask you for your phone number, then send an authentication email and ask for a code. My bank account doesn’t even ask for all that to log in. Relax and make it easier to use, I don’t want to make another account for something
I wish I could give this 0 stars
I do not ever want to download another app to get convert tickets. I would sooner find a printer and print physical copies of my tickets that waste precious space on my phone with another app that I’m just going to delete as soon as I am in the door. JUST EMAIL ME MY TICKETS, YOU MONSTERS.
