But I cannot transfer the tickets to my friend because the app doesn’t let me to. He cannot use my link because it was just a link to download the app and not the tickets. I activated the tickets and still i cannot send them to him. He has to call off the concert because of me.

Arnaque ! Arnaque !!! 

Attention : ce site ne rembourse pas ! !!! Quelle arnaque ! !! Grosse déception !Après avoir commandé des billets pr un club à ibiza à la mauvaise date, nous nous sommes retrouvés devant le club une semaine avant. Nous avons demandé le remboursement immédiat des billets via le site, soit 7 jours avant la bonne date (ce qui signifie qu'ils peuvent être revendus par le site, qui utilise aussi des listes d'attente) auxquelles nous n'avons pas d’ailleurs accès avec nos billets... on nous a répondu de demander à nos amis et à notre famille ! Incroyable ! 140€ jetés !La première erreur est la nôtre, bien sûr, mais DICE aurait très bien pu rembourser sans perdre d'argent, même si nous avons lu après coup que les remboursements n'étaient possibles qu'en cas d'annulation de l'événement.Alors passez votre chemin, et surtout achetez vos billets sur place ça sera sans mauvaise surprise et moins cher!

Être une application qui propose des événements c’est cool. C’est peut-être plutôt bien fait à ce niveau. Mais sérieusement, utiliser un système de ticket QR qui est littéralement un clone d’Apple Wallet mais en moins pratique, pourquoi ?? 
Franchement, être obligé d’installer une application pour obtenir un ticket, c’est un parcours utilisateur catastrophique….
