I’ve used Dice for a couple of years and it’s easy to use. Real people respond to queries in a connected and friendly way. See what’s happening, seamlessly buy or share tickets, get live updates on events too - it’s excellent. It’s intuitive with a nice interface -ticket purchase is hassle-free - ticket pricing is fair and transparent! Humans connecting humans with live events! It’s easy (and clever!) thank you Dice.
Have to download one more useless app just for a ticket to one event..
Very useful apps to always know what’s happening around you or in a city you are going to visit soon. The tickets are very easy to get and see on the app too with very interesting and nice security features. If you have a problem you can always send an email as I did and the team got back to me straight away solving my problem in no time.
I am totally blind and use the Voiceover screen reading software on an iPhone 13 using the most up to date version of IOS. The Dice app does not work with this modern setup as it should. There are many images that are not tagged for accessibility. I could not find a list of gigs that I have booked. The tab chooser at the bottom of the screen does not announce the name of the tabs. Can you please review your app for accessibility? Thanks.
I’ve lost 250 euro as you can’t resell tickets on ticketswap etc. dice will only allow transfer via their app meaning you have to arrange sale on socials such as Reddit etc. worst ticket agent out there

Difficult to find the show, difficult to pay, had to try times.
Loads of stuff about what artists can do nothing for users no mention about how I or if I can web cast to my smart tv once I have paid for a ticket
